Wexentra. Homes
Homes on the Portuguese coast, searched on a map and walked round in 3D.

The idea
An agency selling homes on the Portuguese coast, mostly to buyers who live abroad and can't just drop by for a viewing.
What's inside
Search on a map with price pins, a page for each of the 10 homes with photos and a 3D floor plan you can turn, a mortgage calculator, viewing bookings and a valuation form for sellers.

- 04
Viewings and valuations
A viewing booked with the agent, and a price estimate for sellers.
How the demo is built
4 layers, from the screens people use down to the servers. Scroll and the demo comes apart into them.
- 01InterfaceThe screens people see and tap.
- 02ComponentsButtons, cards and forms, built once and reused across the site.
- 03DataContent, prices and bookings, kept in one place.
- 04ServersHosting, payments and the services that keep it running.
A typical agency portal.
On the left, the usual agency portal: 8 dropdowns, reference numbers and a small photo per home. On the right, our demo.

Typical
- 8 dropdowns before a single home
- Reference numbers instead of places
- No map, just a small photo
- Every viewing booked by phone
Our demo
- Search on a map with prices
- Full galleries and a 3D floor plan
- Mortgage worked out on the page
- Viewings booked with an agent online
