Terms
Last updated October 1, 2026
The rules for using this website. They are not the contract for a project: that is written separately and signed.
Who you are dealing with
Wexentra, a fully remote studio, reachable at contact@wexentra.com. Using this site means these terms apply between us.
The templates are demonstrations
Every template on this site was built by the studio to show how we work. The names, prices, menus, timetables and reviews inside them are sample content. None of them is a real business, and none of them is a client of ours.
An inquiry is not an agreement
Sending the form starts a conversation. Work begins only when scope, price and timing are written down and both sides accept them.
What we do and do not promise
We say what we build and how we work. We do not promise a particular commercial result: what a website does for sales depends on the offer, the market and the operation behind it, none of which is ours to control.
Anything you see on this site about speed, quality or effect describes our own work and intent. It does not guarantee an outcome for your business.
Client portal accounts
An account is for the person or business it was opened for. Keep the password to yourself, tell us if you think it has been used by somebody else, and expect us to close an account being used to attack the service.
What belongs to whom
The design, text, code and mark of this website belong to the studio. Work made for a client belongs to that client on the terms of their own agreement.
Fair use of the site
Do not attempt to break into it, overload it, scrape it wholesale or use the inquiry form for advertising. The form is rate limited and abuse is refused automatically.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. We do not accept liability for a decision made purely on the basis of something read here, or for a service being briefly unavailable. Nothing in these terms removes a right you have that cannot be removed by agreement.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and the version in force is the one published here.
